It was great. A beautiful place. Unfortunately, as mentioned in the description, there’s a hiking trail here, and people do walk through the property. It’s nothing that would take away from the wonderful feeling the place gives you.

A very nicely set-up place. The grass is neatly mowed, there’s plenty of firewood, and a very nice fire pit. The access road is a bit rough; we were glad we had a 4x4, but the owners are working on it. The owners are great—some hornets had made a nest in the dry toilet, and they came right over the next morning to take care of it. Just a few minor details they need to iron out, and it’ll be paradise.

This was our first time trying a campsite-free stay, and we’re thrilled because everything worked out perfectly. At first, we couldn’t decide where to stop—we were coming back from Austria—and this turned out to be ideal. A very nice and peaceful spot with all the necessary amenities: a solar shower, a dry toilet, water, and a seating area. The navigation was accurate, and so were the directions. The evening was romantic—we could hear frogs croaking from the nearby pond, and maybe even Hejkal’s hoots ☺️—the birdsong and the view of cows grazing on the hill were simply balm for the soul.
We highly recommend this place! ❤️

A nice, quiet place. Perfect for relaxing after a long trip. Even though it’s right by the road, there wasn’t any loud noise or heavy traffic. An ideal spot before visiting Liberec and the surrounding area. There’s also a parking lot nearby, from which we set out for Ještěd.
The owner was very pleasant, and communication was great.
I highly recommend it!

A very interesting, nicely landscaped property. The factory really gives the place a special atmosphere.
I was a little surprised by the noise from the waterfall. At home, I live next to a four-lane highway in the city center, so I’m a bit oversensitive to noise. But we slept in the car with the windows closed and couldn’t hear a thing. Even my boyfriend was fine with the waterfall. So—you normal people—don’t worry about it!
We also made use of the beautiful fire pit; there was plenty of firewood in the woods. The outhouse was luxurious, clean, and perfect.
Showering under the waterfall and taking a dip in the stream—absolutely amazing. I highly recommend not missing this.
The owner was lovely; despite my last-minute reservation (my apologies) and communication issues, she didn’t give up on me, and everything worked out in the end. Thanks for a great stay!

P.S. This week, news broke in the media that a resourceful schoolkid found a snail with a left-coiled shell in the Oldřichov area, which is quite a rarity :)

A quiet spot at the end of the driveway, with just a few swans keeping us company. An excellent starting point for a bike ride around Rozkoš. The owner was very friendly.

The site is located in a more secluded part of town.
We were welcomed by very friendly owners, who kindly made room for us on the paved area in front of the garage.
Unfortunately, I didn’t dare to park my mini-RV (trailer) on that area by the forest.
A van or a smaller RV would certainly fit there without any problems.
The nearby forest is literally crisscrossed with trails and paved paths, making it ideal for cycling or, as in my case, running.
We had a great time with some wonderful people. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed here for one night. The owner was a very kind and helpful man. As a welcome gesture, he brought us a few cans of beer and some firewood, and even offered us water. There’s also a small fire pit available, perfect for roasting sausages.

A wonderful, secluded spot away from people, yet just a few minutes from the village if needed. You can easily find your way to the property with the photo guide and directions. The cottage has everything you need for a few days (including cottage amenities and things for evening entertainment).

A great place. You'll find peace and quiet there, as well as all the amenities you need. The owner is wonderful; she really took an interest in us. I'd definitely love to come back.

A beautiful and peaceful place—my son and I really enjoyed camping and sleeping in the car. For my 5-year-old son, it was his very first camping trip. So it was a great experience for both of us: roasting food over the campfire in the evening and a proper breakfast in the morning. Then we went for a bike ride; unfortunately, I misjudged the length of the route, so we were a little late leaving (we apologize to the campers who arrived after us for making them wait a few minutes). We definitely recommend this place.

P.S.: There’s a great coffee roastery with a café in the neighboring town of Sedlice.
At the castle in Blatná, they have alpacas, fallow deer, and a LEGO museum—great for kids.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the Scandinavian standard of the property and its amenities. There’s hardly anything missing. We spent two beautiful, peaceful nights under the walnut tree, and we’d definitely love to come back someday. Thank you to the very friendly owners ❤️

We returned to the property after a year and were once again thrilled. We were pleasantly surprised by the new electrical hookups. The property is spacious, so everyone has plenty of room. It’s beautifully maintained. We also enjoyed the sauna area, where we relaxed wonderfully. A big bonus is being able to use the showers in the sauna area. The property is completely peaceful, and you don’t feel like you’re in the city at all. Great place!

This camping trip was absolutely perfect. The owner was very helpful, and the site had electricity, water, and everything else we needed. And for those with dogs, the property is really well fenced in. In any case, we’ll definitely be back.

We only stayed for a short time (basically just for the night), but everything went perfectly. The owner was very accommodating and kind. The site was prepared with the grass mowed and water set up. We took advantage of the nearby public transportation. We’d love to visit the property again in the future.

An absolutely amazing place! The best part is that there's a climbing wall in the barn. It's a dream! I'll definitely be back someday.

A very beautiful spot by the river. Beyond the meadow is a rock with a fire pit—a great place to cook—and the river flows right below the rock. The owners were very accommodating and even provided us with firewood. A big plus is the availability of drinking water and utility water from the river.

The owners were very kind and accommodating; they helped us out when it was really cold and raining. The kids had a great time playing with the chickens and geese and on the swing on the property. It’s a beautiful spot at the end of Stará Paka.
