The land is large and well-kept, access is smooth on an asphalt road. The owner lives next door, one side of the property is adjacent to other houses, it is not a secluded romance. I absolutely cannot imagine 5 reservations on the property, we had an exclusive one. The land is rugged, but one sitting area, one fire pit, one restroom. Sharing this with 10 strangers is only for the strong willed. Cars can only be parked on the part of the property in the middle. The owner and his family routinely walk the property during the day with their loose dogs, which happily poop on the property... A fridge is available, but only if you pay for electricity. A pile of firewood for 100Kč is hardly enough for an evening fire... Well. The overall impression is embarrassing. The grounds are nice, but that's it.
