Where do the property ratings come from?
Cool place, a great advantage is drinking water a short walk from the campsites and kadibouda. You have to take into account that there is a hinterland towards the town and people will walk/pass here and there. This is not a problem at site #3. The meadow is slightly downhill.
The campsite is a nice little hill so if you want to pitch a tent it's a hassle to find a spot... The campsite is not marked in any way, fenced nothing so you can enter there actually anyone, the meadow was not mowed at all and by the fact that it was over we all had shoes immediately wet, wood is not wood just some wet long branches that do not even have a shelter so we went to buy wood. Just from my point of view I do not recommend, rather I recommend the owner if there is snow in winter rather make a slope when he has such a nice hill!
The place is fine, the caddy gets the most points! If I knew it was right next to the village, I would have changed my mind, but in the end I did. For a couple of locals, watching the campers is probably a nice change of pace :-) Otherwise, we really enjoyed it, there is a lot to explore in the area, so the location is really great! We left some broken wood next to the session, sorry about that. In the evening it was so hot that we just roasted some quick burts and didn't burn all the wood and I didn't want to drag it back again. Hopefully it will be of use to someone :-)
The land is slightly uphill, which didn't bother us so much. Unmown grass turned out to be a bigger inconvenience, which is annoying especially during rain and morning dew. On the other hand, the wooden benches and the fireplace were pleasant. The toilet was of very good quality, clean and literally "cosy". 😁
Very nice place on the outskirts of the village. We camped one night while hiking through the Šluknov foothills. We recommend

Owner's reaction Dobrý den, děkujeme za subjektivní hodnocení a zároveň nás mrzí, že pozemek nesplnil vaše očekávání. Rozhodně se nejedná o kemp, ale o louku, kterou nabízíme k pobytu. Celá louka je do mírného 5% svahu, pro srovnání - modrá sjezdovka má cca 25% sklon. Máme vyznačené celkem tři stanoviště, která jsou na rovině, dvě z nich jsou vybavená ohništi a lavičkou. Velká hromada vyschlých větví je k dispozici. Za rosu a déšť na pozemku jsme rádi, neboť zde zakládáme velký ovocný sad. S pozdravem N.
