A vast two-hectare meadow in a quiet part of the historic town of Mikulášovice. If you’re looking for a peaceful spot but still want to be within easy reach of town amenities, restaurants, cultural landmarks, and—most importantly—the swimming pool, we have the perfect spot for you on our blooming meadow, where we’re establishing a young permaculture orchard full of heirloom varieties of standard fruit trees. On the property, you’ll also be in the company of two centuries-old ash trees that provide shade on hot days. The meadow is mowed twice a year and has a gentle 5% uphill slope. It’s a strategic location for bike rides and hiking trips to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains Protected Landscape Area and the Bohemian Switzerland National Park. The nearest ski slope in Rugiswalde is 14 km away.

We want you to have plenty of privacy on the property, so there are a total of three designated campsites, each available for only one reservation. However, if you want to come with friends—meaning you have multiple RVs or tents—and all other campsites are already occupied, simply list 3–5 additional people for each extra tent or RV. So, there will be only one tent or RV in the reservation, but you’ll “make up” the price with a higher number of “virtual” people. For groups of 4 or more, a volume discount may be available.
