Our property is located in a secluded spot outside the village of Říčany near Brno, right next to a beautiful natural swimming area (200 m).
The property is spacious and planted with fruit trees and shrubs; it is well-maintained and regularly mowed.
You’ll find two seating areas here, one of which is by an outdoor fireplace, and plenty of shaded spots for tents.
The property slopes gently down toward the stream, but there are also flat areas for tents and RVs/campers.
On weekends, we’re happy to offer homemade breakfast (reservations required at least 24 hours in advance).
Check-in is available from 12:00 PM; check-out is anytime before midnight.
The property is 5 km from the Brno Circuit.
ACCOMMODATION IN A COTTAGE
Starting in mid-June, we’re preparing new, comfortable accommodations for up to 3 people in a cottage on the property. The cottage will be ready in time for the Moto GP event. Keep an eye on this page—we’ll let you know when reservations open.

- There are two sockets on the outside of the cottage - the possibility of charging the phone, but also connecting the caravan. Ideally, bring a longer extension cord and a splitter to get electricity where you need it.

- The nearest possibility of swimming in the biotope (the stream is too shallow). As of April 2026, the property has utility water from a well and an outdoor shower for hardy people.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
Rocky/sandy road, then grassy. In case of heavy rain, arrive at your own risk - not recommended.
Restriction of the access road
When arriving with taller motorhomes with a caravan, take extra care on the road by the swimming pool due to tree branches - possible contact with the roof of the car. The site is not suitable for long trailers over 9m due to the slope of the driveway.

Please be respectful of nature. Use only dry toilet, no small or large needs outside the toilet.
Please take your rubbish with you.
Do not leave trash on or near the property.
No smoking allowed, dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray only and empty these after you.
Do not pick flowers, fruit.
Observe the night-time quiet.
