Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
It is not possible to pass through Svatonina Lhota. The best way is through Moravice. Position on the map 48.6794501N, 14.2171492E Here turn onto the dirt road and continue to the end. Where our meadow with a view begins. Not suitable for low chassis cars. The Skoda Octavia will make it through without a problem. In the middle of this road, a puddle forms after the rains, which is max 20cm deep. It looks scary but it's easy to drive through.
Restriction of the access road
There is one spot along the way where there are coniferous trees and branches. Some caravans made it through without a problem. Others turned around and gave up.
