Where do the property ratings come from?
Nice site, would like to improve the chemical toilet sink and water pumping a bit - accessibility is a little bit tricky, but that will probably be done in the future and parking between buildings with facilities, but grass was mowed, owner helpful, polite, smiley and when leaving he asks if everything was ok and what they could improve, you can see that he is still building and working, so there is nothing to criticize, it's nice that someone is trying to put together the old campsite, nature around beautiful, Karlovy Vary a stone's throw away.
A quiet and green campsite. The sanitary facilities and waste disposal are admittedly getting on in years.
For one overnight stay without problems, close to Karlovy Vary, KLID at night, water was warm. We were out of season, there were not many people. I think that due to the capacity of the campsite in the season, the facilities will not "stretch", but maybe I'm wrong.
Otherwise the owner is responsive👍.
It's my first time camping in 30 years, so take me with a grain of salt. However, it looks to me like a well-kept clean large site with solid social facilities where I personally didn't miss anything. There are only a few people here in mid-May. A bit of a surprise was the momentary rumble next door from the shooting range - it made one think different thoughts. But it didn't last long, I guess ammo is expensive 🤣
We really liked the camp. Ideal for a family of four with the possibility of a children's playground. Quiet place as described.
