In the hut there is, among other things, a fridge, kettle, electric cooker with two burners, chairs and table, folding garden chairs, blankets, pillows.
Drinking water from the borehole on the property. Outside there is a fire pit including roasting rods and a simple barbecue grill. Tents can be erected on the property or hammocks can be hung up for more people to stay overnight.
The toilet is a newly enlarged kadibouda with a ceramic toilet, flushed with rainwater from a barrel.
About 10 min walk is the Strhovec pond, a little further in the village of Bukovinka you will find a tavern with a menu.

Please ask guests to clean up after themselves (sweep or vacuum and mop, take out the trash). In very dry weather, consider the safety of lighting a fire and keep it under control at all times. There is not much water to flush toilets in the summer, so please conserve it. If there is none left in the barrel by the kadibouda, scoop rainwater from the barrel under the eaves next door.

We really enjoyed our stay with the children. Everything was as mentioned. We just had quite a busy time in the cottage area. 😀 Right behind the cottage is a beautiful forest.
We really liked the place. Quiet. Everything was as described. The only thing to improve I can think of is that when you sit on the toilet, you don't close it because your own legs will get in the way. But that's really nothing compared to what this place gives you ❤️
The place was fine and the promised - a beautiful romantic evening with a fire and stars on the edge of the forest - we really experienced. I give a thumbs up for the cabin equipment (even baking foil, we forgot that, and it was in the cupboard), the prepared fireplace, the firewood, the privacy, albeit in a cabin area. In general, the environment is fine. Suggestion - refine the description to the water, I would definitely put in the description that there is a ladder to climb to the first floor - maybe smaller kids might not be able to do that. The only definite reservation - the size of the dry toilet. She is more for children, an adult has a problem to fit and I with two meters I was without a chance. The only option was not to close the door and then maybe wave at the neighbour, mowing the grass in the next garden - which may not suit everyone... but otherwise satisfied...

Nice comfortable little cottage even for a multi-day stay. Very nice surroundings and forest just outside the gate.
