Worst accommodation I've ever experienced. My partner and I felt like unwanted visitors the whole time. The house is right next to the owners' house... We went to get firewood, immediately the lady came to watch us, we were making sausages, immediately the lady went to walk the dogs...
We were locked in the house for three hours, waiting for the kids to go home (three kids were right next to the rented house, constant banging of wood on the table, constant whistling...) after three hours of being locked in the house we had to go send them home, the owners didn't care.
No privacy at all, no peace at all, we wanted to leave in the evening... One night was more than enough. For 1500 a night I imagine something different and not being locked in the owners' garden house waiting to go home...
Nice and cozy cottage, where nothing is missing. The owner Tomas is a very nice guy, he showed us around the farm, showed us the pigs and offered us some of his own harvest. We recommend it!

Even though there were other campers on the other side of the garden or the owner was at home, we basically didn't know more about them than if they were at the neighbours. From the garden you could walk straight out onto the beautiful meadow and continue on into the woods and hills. However, it's a long walk from the town.

An unpaved road leads to the site, so drive carefully with low cars. The house is higher up in the garden, you can't drive up to it, but you can park to the side behind the gate. It is basically a few steps from the gate to the house.
The house is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom didn't leak water at the sink, but the shower from the shower stall reaches there without any problems. There is no hot water in the cottage and the solar heating doesn't work in the gloomy, colder weather, so you have to provide hot water by heating.
During my visit the house was also inhabited by mice, it was necessary to protect the food from them sufficiently, for example in a pot 😉 .
I missed a little more emphasis on environmental hygiene, although I am no whiner.
Overall, though, it was a wonderful stay. You will enjoy your stay in Tomáš's cottage, who is interested in the guests, is helpful and pleasant host. A really relaxing place.

Owner's reaction Domeček není přímo vedle domu majitelů (patrné i z fotek) a nikdo návštěvu záměrně nepozoroval. Stejně tak děti neměly jiný záměr, než si hrát. Stačilo jen říct (mně, nebo dětem) a domluvit se, aby šly děti jinam.
