Beautiful and secluded place. I recommend the variant without electricity. Coffee, but also water for washing dishes can be boiled on the stove and you will not need electricity for anything else. I had a fairy tale time at the house. My favourite thing to do was to sit in the sunshine on the front porch and enjoy the spring rays. The cottage was clean and cosy, it is furnished very tastefully and homely. It had everything I needed. It's quiet and dark at night, so you get a different kind of sleep than in a bustling city, kind of deeper. It's a few minutes walk from the house to the Prachov Rocks, but it's too touristy and I enjoyed wandering among the rocks on the unmarked trails much more. I would definitely come again!

The house and the garden are a really beautiful place to relax. It is a short walk from Prachovské skály and there are many possibilities for swimming. There are all the necessary amenities for a holiday stay, as well as lots of cute things to explore and admire. It's a place with a soul, of which there aren't many to be found for rent. There's also a bus stop a short walk from the house, which makes it a great transport link for people without a car - unfortunately, this has the downside that road noise is easily audible to the house. But this is to be expected due to the location. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.
Very nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Sufficient for a weekend. Clean house. Mattress for sleeping was really hard but it was manageable for the weekend. Nice clean linens. Fridge was small but definitely bothered us more that it wasn't washed. The garden was big, the fire pit was great and so was the seating. The garden could be mowed so a really big minus when you go with children.

Škoda, že se případně nedostatky nevykomunikuji přímo při pobytu a že je musím číst až při hodnocení. Jsem pro své hosty vždy k dispozici a umím závady řešit na místě.
Větší postel má náš oblíbený futon, bavlna a kokos.
Už mám objednanou celou novou postel i s matrací. Bude to pro mě jednodušší.
Je možné, že jsme ledničku zapoměli umýt po předchozích hostech, stát se to může, je toho hodně v krátkém čase. Jestli se to stalo, tak se omlouvám.
Co se týče zahrady, tak pronajímáme užitnou část dvorku s ohništěm. Zbytek zahrady je v procesu rekultivace. Trávu v ní sekám kosou pro sousedovi ovce. Není však oddělená, pro hosty je volně k dispozici i s jejími plody, rybíz, lesní jahody, ostružiny, švestky, třešně, jablka a hrušky, dle sezóny. Beru to jako bonus.
